This 5th Avenue airlines had been in the market with another broker but was unable to secure appropriate location for headquarters and retail presence. Identified a hidden opportunity and secured a long term lease that met the requirement.

Identified multiple alternatives to renewal to leverage renewal negotiations and delivered favorable terms for a new ten year lease including a substantial work letter by the landlord.

 

National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (Arlington, VA)

This not-for-profit identified a new building as its preferred new headquarters; However, the Board of Directors was unable to bring about a transaction on its own. Acting as pro bono consultant, provided advice and assistance to deliver the desired long term lease.

Long term brokerage relationship with Reebok International managed multiple renewals and a relocation lease transaction.

 

St. David's School

Served as pro-bon consultant to the Board  of Directors to locate and secure property for a gymnasium on the upper east side of Manhattan. Property was procured which included an adjacent parking lot.
