KLM Royal Dutch Airlines had been in the market with another broker but was unable to secure appropriate headquarters. Identified a hidden opportunity and secured a long term headquarters lease that met the requirement.

Identified multiple alternatives to renewal to leverage renewal negotiations and deliver best terms for a new ten year lease that included a substantial work letter by the landlord.


Not for profit

This Arlington VA based not-for-profit identified a new building as its preferred new headquarters. However, the Board was unable to bring about a transaction with the landlord's leasing agent on its own. The Board engaged us as pro bono consultant to provide advice and assistance that delivered the desired long term lease.


International footwear corporation

Long term brokerage relationship with Reebok International involved multiple renewal and relocation lease transactions.


Private NYC school

Recommended to the Board  of Directors of St. David's School  and served as pro bono consultant to locate and secure property for a gymnasium on the upper east side of Manhattan. Property was procured which included an adjacent parking lot that was later sold for a substantial profit.

For over three decades performed a variety of marketing and brokerage services on behalf of Solow Management Corp and Solow Development Corp.

Provided consulting services to deliver a pending 75,000 square foot sublease transaction that encountered issues obtaining landlord consent. Obtained consent to the satisfaction of the landlord and the subtenant.
