Identified multiple alternatives; competitive negotiations delivered a new ten year lease including a substantial work letter by the landlord.

 

National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (Arlington, VA)

This not-for-profit identified a new building for its new headquarters.  However, the Board of Directors was unable to bring about a transaction on its own.

Acting as pro bono consultant, provided advice and assistance and delivered the desired long term lease.

Long term brokerage relationship with Reebok International managed multiple lease renewals and a relocation lease transaction.

 

St. David's School

Served as pro-bono consultant to the Board  of Directors to locate and secure property for a gymnasium on the upper east side

of Manhattan. Property procured included an adjoining parking lot.
